Another Poker Strategy lie

lie to trick your opponents into thinking you have great cards when in fact you have rubbish cards. This is a common ploy used in a game known as three card poker, but in fact can be applied in any game requiring at least one card, and for any number of players.

Lets say you have a 6 in your hand and click on the river for a straight, you will see the dealer lift the chip tray, and revealing a royal flush. You hand is not as strong as the cards would seem to suggest, but you believe you can cause the dealer to have a very poor hand, so you decide to raise the bet. Now the dealer is in a terrible position. They have the possibility of getting a very good hand, the only hand they can possibly win with, which is the straight. The thing is, if they do get that hand, they will not be able to out draw you. If you believe they can outdraw you, you need to make your wager even higher, or to a higher stakes table.

Or you may well have a hand of 3 and click on the river for a full house. If you maintain that the dealer has a low hand, then you will surely win big…

In both these situations if you are keen to see the next card, you are not really giving away any potentially useful information to your opponents. If you knew your opponent was going to bet on the next card, you could simply have made a higher bet on the current street, and the third card (or the river card) would have been revealed for you to see.

Statistically most people who play online are recreational players, many of them just playing for a bit of fun, or some are associated with gambling websites and are playing for the thrill of gambling with other online players. The majority of people who don’t use premium rated online poker sites are playing with a limited amount of money which they Division or Low hand. This means that statistically many people playing at these sites will have a poor hand and will fold at some stage during the game.

When you are developing your poker strategy there are some basic errors to avoid, which will help you to increase your winnings the more you play.

The first example is a very common and obvious mistake every player makes, which is to think that the more cards you draw, the better your hand. In fact the assumption here is that you will improve your hand by drawing more cards. This is turned on its head, and you will actually tend to lose more money as your hand weakens, the more you draw.

The reason behind the advice to tighten up against very weak hands is that most hands will only make up two of your final five cards. If you have a high number of cards, then you will have a better chance at making a strong hand, the more cards you draw, the weaker your hand.

A second absolutely imperative poker strategy is to pay very close attention to your position at the table. As a poker player you will draw dead (depo 20 bonus 30 to kecil) if you don’t know what the poker position of you opponents is at all times during a hand.
